PATHETIC SERVICE

The absolute worst bank in South Africa. Hands down. Trying to stop and reverse a debit card payment only to be sent to 7 different departments who cannot help me. I then phone the 3rd damn number given after all the transfers only to have almost give a blood sample to get through to someone who tells me it will take 30 - 40 business days for them to reverse a payment. Absolutely RIDICULOUS service from an absolutely PATHETIC bank.
