Pathetic service

I’m extremely irritated with your choice of couriers, I’m not happy with CCD Couriers. They phoned on Thursday to arrange delivery of my card, when I gave the address for the card to be delivered the lady had a terrible attitude. I have asked that my card gets delivered at a branch. Today I get a call and the person on the other line was just breathing on the receiver. I’m waiting for confirmation of my card delivery
