PATHETIC SERVICE

Estate Late Division is pathetic.. I was given an estate late acc - limits has not been changed - unable to make payments via online banking - asking for a card to increase limits. Tried calling the Estate Division ....NO ONE ANSWERS...why have online banking.. Went onto secure chat ..same story dial the 0800 number ..where no one exist. Pathethic service
