Pathetic service

Can I please get somebody who is willing to assist me,

My account was debited by insurance company Nakedid and requested Fnb to assist with reversal and was told it is a purchase of good received I tried to explain several times that the transaction is not good received it was insurance quote and the company processed. I have been taken from pillar to post and now my account is recurring charges because of pathetic service your private bankers are giving

I need this matter to be resolved because I followed all processes I was requested buy still my money is not reversed
