Pathetic service..

I callee in to downgrade my account to anything below gold or gol cd. I got through to a consultant by the name of Tshepiso Mngome. Ah what a call... She asks me for the reason of the cancelation and i tell her. Then she places me on hold, but i know that was not hold it was mute. She just moved her mic. Then after 3 or 4 min i say hello on the call and all of a sudden shes back on the line, telling me the admin department will be calling me. What **** service is that? She cant even explain what the differnt accounts entail. I want a call back with 12 hours or ill be moving my account to another bank. Oh and please train Tshepiso on soft skills, she speaks ove customers and os all sarcastic.. Teach her to do her work properly!!!!!!
