Pathetic service

I was at westgate FNB yesterday, there was only one lady assisting us in not such a long queue but it was extremely slow. The staff gave us such attitude when we complained about the slowness of the service. I am disappointed and shocked at the service we received. most of us were there for just a stamp and signing of documents, that didn't even take a minute once we were assisted. There is nothing as pathetic as lazy staff. I ended up reporting my grievance to the manager, that was when we got assisted. This is totally unacceptable, pathetic and ridiculous.
