PATHETIC SERVICE!!

We are attending to the administration of a deceased estate. We have been requesting FNB to provide us with the certificates of balance since 27 July 2022. We were promised on the 7th of August that the COB's will be sent to us within 7 business days. We have followed up on numerous occasions and still await same. The surviving spouse is an elderly lady in her late 80's and in desperate need of medical attention. She needs the funds for same.
