Pathetic service

FNB makes me SO mad. NO NO NO NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They can EASILY take money if you little behind on a small amount like R191 BUT when you report a ***** cade THEY JUST DON’T CARE!!!!!! So at the end of the day FNB gives me no choice but to report them to the Ombudsman
