Pathetic Service

Hi. Trying for the past week to dispute a debit order on my cheque account. Called the call centre and was given the run around to various departments and agents could not solve my problem. All I need is to reverse my debit order and stop the debit order. Also went into the FNB branch in Tongaat and was told to go on online banking. The debit order is not showing on my debit order account. It is showing on my transaction history.
