Pathetic service

I have been trying to follow up on my business account. If I am lucky enough to get through, the consultant takes my ID number then puts me on hold for 30 minutes which is something I can't afford. I sent through all the documents required to open the account, I have received the card but can not use the account until they take it off hold which should have been done upon receipt of documents. Documents were sent over a week ago so I don't understand what the hold up is. Being put on hold for half an hour is really not acceptable. Pathetic service FNB
