Pathetic service

I have requested a refund 8 days ago and to this day I have not received the money.i was retrenched and submitted a claim which was approved.a deduction was made however my claim was paid and the insurance covered the same month. I was told I would receive my payment within 7 working days. We are on day 8, when I call, I get transferred back to the ivr by 2 of their consultants and I'm using airtime to call. The service is pathetic to day the least. Please call me on ***.
