Pathetic Service!!!

Absolutely pathetic service. Call entre agents and the chat are extremely inefficient and possibly ***********. Miraculously, calls get cut or chats ended whenever there are issue son FNBs side. Sent through complaints, via the online platform, no response. Its been over two weeks since I had app**** for a credit card upgrade. Still hasn't been done, with no explanations other than "I can escalate". Absolutely pathetic!!!!
