Pathetic service!

I requested/disputed two amounts that went through my account. I sent through all the information the bank requested and still after two weeks, the funds have not been reversed, nor have I received any response from the bank. This is pathetic!!! A bank that prides itself with putting its customers first, is a far cry from the non-existing service I’ve received!!!
