Pathetic Service!

so frustrated with FNB!I app**** for personal loan via app,I then recieved and approved a debimandate which is now active.I then got a call from them to verify me and was told that the funds would be released to my nominated account immediately after the call.To this day no funds were released, ive been sent from pillar to post when trying to understand what the issue is and was finally told that thier system has a glitch, they dont know when it will be resolved.My issue now is with the active debit order against a non existent loan!Pathetic IT service FNB, a client borrows for money because they are in need,how can you then say you don't know when you can make the funds available?????????nx
