Pathetic Service I logged a query regarding my blocked online Profile Am out of south Africa am unable to access my funds through online banking my profile has been blocked for so many months can I get this resolved as NO one seems to help me . I need to access my funds am unable to enter South Africa due to the pandemic. I have written several emails and no one could even call me back am really disappointed with this lack of follow up from the customer care !!
