Pathetic service

I have a flexy bond on my home loan and decided to access some funs on my home loan and all I want from FNB is to tell me what my installment will be after taking the money. So I decided to go to my nearest FNB branch and find out. There is no one in the bank that can help me and they directed me to a phone and phoned the home loan department. The home loan department could not help me as they dont have access to my accounts because I have private banking and said I must phone my private banker. What a joke, I phoned my private banker now 13 times today and he is not available asking me to leave a message and they will contact me. left 5x messages and held on the line 8x for the next available banker with me waiting on the line for more than 15 min each time listening to music from a 1980's blue movie. Pathetic
