PATHETIC SERVICE

I have contacted them iro a *****/******** company selling themometers and not sending it to the people....they opened a case on the 24th of june but has not contacted me to date....I am unemployed due to covid and cannot afford losing any money....I send the ***** dept emails ..no response...i then phoned them twice...was told it is open someone would call...to no avail...by the time they wake up I will not be able to get my money bac****!!!!!!!
