PATHETIC SERVICE

FNB customer service is patetic.. I have been trying to make contact with then since end August and no one is getting back to me..

I have been phoning emailing and struggling to get my money back from them..

As a pregnant single mother that money is nessesary and I'm still not employed this is unacceptable..
