Pathetic Service

The service from the FNB call centre is pathetic. I just called the Tel: *** to for assistance and the agent told me to call online banking I tried to tell her that the number I called was for online banking and before I could finish she dropped that call in my ear. I was on hold for 10min and she doesn't even have the decency to assist. I couldn't get her name, because she dropped the call before I could get it. My phone broke 2 days ago and I bough a new one today so I need to get my app activated on this phone. I forgot my Username and cant change it because I need the app to verify it
