Pathetic service

I phoned on the 11th March 2022 to ask FNB to reverse a DEBIT ORDER for me and yet they did the 1. The other 1 in Jan (28th) debited my account? I asked them to return that 1 too - no they cannot and I just thought today let me count myself and as I have counted from the 11th it is 40 days on the dot???? till the 28th. Why cant they not return that debit order for me? It is just pathetic.
