Pathetic service

FNB terminated my banking with them I was informed on 28th of April ,they requested for my external banking details to transfer de funds , case no *** investigating officer Moipone Gumbo, she is now not taking my calls and not replying to my emails, everytime when am calling am being told that there is nothing they can do they will send email to Moipone, no one phoned me till today, I want my money
