Pathetic service

You guys are very disappointing honestly one can never experience great service all the time iam disappointed I have already finished R100 Airtime trying to get help from your debit order reversal department the people I spoke with have no customer centricity ,no first call resolution,empathy whatsoever like they're just working to get paid that's it they don't care a damn about giving service that's due to clients iam truly not happy
