Pathetic service

Complaint regarding FNB Smart Housing: I'm currently employed and administrator of HR dept and assist staff to apply for Housing finance through FNB - unfortunately only allowed with ISASA pension. Altough I've been a client of FNB for many years - and confirmation of more than enough in my pension fund to draw 80% for housing deposit. However, the administrators dealing with the applications are just useless! Daily I battle to get through and I've been referred to Rodny Bowers, which to no avail daily or just never available. I know my situation/application a bit more complicated with other monthly earnings. So FNB just decided they can't help with the application SURELY - the money/surety from Pension is there and SURELY FNB will have a hold on the money until settled ?

We've been really looking forward to buying our own home - and when buying on a business name, we were only granted 80%, therefor I was hoping to draw the 20% deposit from my pension

PLEASE can a supervisor/manager please get back to me and re look at my application . other Staff had similar problems and tried different banks and was approved with Joy
