Pathetic service

this the mail I sent to FNB and received feedback on 27 October 2016 and i sent another mail on 28/10/2016 requesting proof of a call recording. I have heard nothing from them

From: Nkosazana Motsamai
Sent: 19 October 2016 11:55 AM
To: ********** /> Subject: credit card complaints

Good day,

ID: ********** 956089

Contact: ********** 235

Urgently look into this matter as I’m being billed interest fee on my credit card that no one told me about of almost R300.00 on a monthly basis. I’m not happy with this as I wouldn’t have taken this credit card had I known about this charge. I was only advised about the monthly fee which is affordable. R300 is a lot of money to be giving it away to your business.

I would like to have all these amounts for interest fee returned back to my account and I will be paying this credit card account off and closing it down.

I’m really annoyed and don’t wish to do business with such a bank anymore.

Really frustrated and waiting for urgent feedback

Regards

Nkosazana Motsamai
