Pathetic Service

<p>i recently changed my cellphone number as my phone was lost but was found so i changed the cellphone number with fnb. I called in today too have my cellphone number changed too my original number as i found my phone.The consultant refused too help me even though i passed the authentication.She advised i go too the bank too change it.Honestly i dont have time too get too a bank and wait in long lines.This service is pathetic </p>
