PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>I am really disappointed.</p> <p>i had a loan with fnb and was paid up last year I received a paid up letter to prove it was closed however I tried applying for a loan and they advise that I am high risk and when i check my credit record it still shows I owe FNB R2099.</p> <p>I want my name cleared at the credit bureau and my credit score sorted out as this pathetic service I can not believe this.OMG</p>
