pathetic service

<p>I did a transfer from my FNB account to my Capitec account on the 31st of May...the money was for my car insurance that should go off on the 2nd of June,I always do a transfer and I must say I am not impressed to date my payment has not reflected,..my car insurances payment bounced back...I went to the branch in Northgate and the guy called the *** number the lady on the other hand said the payment will take a week..what about my insurance,my insurance bounced and my car was hit ...and my insurance will not pay,I called so many times sent emails on *** no one seem to be bothered...I am an ex fnb employee and makes me realise how frustrated client use to be and I took that for granted,to this moment I am very annoyed...FNB u have dissapointed me,if I could swap bank I would but pity my company banks with FNB</p>
