Pathetic Service

I've decided to downgrade from Private Wealth to Private Client seeing as I am paying the fees and not receiving the benifit, from the bad service of my private banker to no special interest rates on my accounts. Firstly my private wealth banker was unavailable for 3 weeks and I was told that only she had the authority to work on my accounts. Then I go into a branch and downgrade my cheque acc on May 22nd and is immediately charged R399 for private wealth fees. I manage to downgrade eventually to private client and request the bundled option. 3 June I am charged R149 + R11 credit card fees. Today, I am charged R144 account fee on my cheque account. On top of everything, I try to use my credit card on 3 June only to have it declined 3 times and charged 3 declined fees, reason being I have exceeded my limit. On the 3rd day of the month I have exceeded my limit! I check online banking and I am far from my limit being reached. My private wealth banker assured me that rates on my accounts will not change, My Credit card interest rate went from 14.5% to 20.5% overnight. I tried getting in touch with FNB twice today and got nowhere, still cannot use my card. Is this the type of service private wealth and private clients get at FNB? What else am going to get charged?I am certain other banks don't treat their customers in this manner and charge unnecessary fees.
