Pathetic service

This bank is pathetic and not helpful at all, there customer service rating is absolutely poor and I would not recommend this bank to anyone, I will definitely be moving all my business away from them. There online app as well as their secure chat feature is pathetic and does not work at all, there call centered are not available on Sunday and their staff is not helpful at all. They have blocked my cards based on an error on their side and I cannot unblock my cards as there is no one working that can assist. This is not the only complaint I have had with them and they never do anything to assist or keep a client happy.
