Pathetic service

I am not getting any help from FNB they just rep**** only when I write here ,I am really losing patience now ,I gave them my external banking details ,now they are requesting for legitimacy of my account,proof of banking details sent to them still nothing has been done ,Moipone Gumbi stopped replying to my emails long time ago ***-***1494NF ,I gave them Tymbank banking details knowing very well that my account is valid and legitimate, FNB I want my money you already terminated my banking with you ,why are you keeping my money now
