pathetic service

I have opened a new account with FNB and they were very helpful in moving my debit orders and my salary to the account. HOWEVER now that my salary is paid to this account I cannot create any recipients or touch my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am defaulting on my debit order payments yet I cannot get my money out!!!!! I am going to close this account now and recommend that absolutely no one do business with FNB, absolutely pathetic and no one seem to be able to help me!
