Pathetic service

Hi, i have been trying for the past few days to close an account. Called many times, went through authentication successfully and then transferred to various departments. Premier Banking just rings. I am so frustrated. One of the consultants did not know what I was talking about. And still the problem exists. Left a message for someone to contact on Monday and two days later still waiting
