Pathetic service

10 Days to get Proof of payment!!! Pathetic service.

I did a eft card payment in April 2026… I am looking for proof of payment from My bank, but I am sent from one person to the other. An agent told me it can take up to 10 working days to get it as a query needs to be logged . What a pathetic customer service from a Big bank like FNB. On the app the payment is not showing but on the bank statement it is reflecting. How difficult is it to retrieve it
