Pathetic Service

2 Months after previous query about FNB staff pension being reduced by about R1700.00 without notice and FNB sending an email after last post, about how can they assist to which I responded but no further response has been received or any answers given even though I have requested this numerous times on their return email. Is this how there staff pensioners are treated???
