Pathetic Service

Horrible bank to deal with, they kept calling to force me to upgrade my account which I declined to do so. I then increased my credit limit on my premier credit card and I was then upgraded to private clients not by choice. I sent numerous emails and called the call centre to be only transfered to the next person without success. No one can assist me from July.
