Pathetic service

I can't reverse unauthorised debit order on my account. 2 went through last month, I was told to contact my service provider, where and how if don't even know the service provider. Same thing this month, still FNB can't help.MBD 300,Insure PLA 288.56. Again MBD 300. FNB please I want my money back.
