Pathetic Service

I have endured this abuse long enough. It's the same issue every week and I am noticing that the more l complain the more they ignore me.

Each time l deposit money at Northmead Square ATM, the ATMS swallow the money and getting it refunded is becoming more and more impossible.

It's been more than 48hrs since l lodged the complain and noone is bothered to assist me and the RBJocobs bot on Twitter seems to be playing games with me.

I have requested the bank to call me but l am being blueticked
