Pathetic service

So today was payday. I wanted to do a reversal on an amount. I've been chatting to different t agents through out the day and each agent had a different reason. They can't do it. I have to call in. I tried numerous of numbers and the call ends automatically and the automated system is of no help. I did require someone to call me but yet again the call center agents refused to get someone to call me. I am sick of this ****. It's my money. Why is it so hard to reverse the debit order from my bank account. The moneybelongs to me. Your agents are difficult. The one agent even went as far as saying you do not do reversal orders anymore. For the first time I am disappointed in your service. Pathetic service
