Pathetic Service

I am trying to log an instruction with my Tax free savings account but nobody even responds to the email even though they say they will get back to you in 24-48 hours. Over a week later im still waiting. I try calling the number FNB list and nobody there even tries to assist and the ''assistant'' niccolet, says I must wait 3-4 weeks for an email response and if I'm not happy with that then I must log a complaint.
