Pathetic service

There service is pathetic. If this matter is not sorted today I'm closing my account. I've been with FNB for 12 years and with recent events I'm appalled. An unknown company debited funds from my account without my consent. I asked fnb to reverse the funds they have been sending me from pillar to post. Now my account is in arrears and who the hell is going to pay for it. I will not pay for something I don't have. I want my damn funds reversed it's my money I work hard for it. The fact that you refuse to assist me yet you my bank. When you take your service fee and monthly fees you surely don't hesitate.
