Pathetic service

It is amazing how FNB telecommunications services work. You call them and an automated machine or robot answers and can hear clearly what the machine is asking from you. Then it get to the part where you wait for the next available agent to help. You wait 30min the when the agent finally answers you can't hear a word they say then they hang up they don't even call you back. You then have to try again.

Why would I call for 30min and you hang up not even try to call back. Etlist call me back obviously I need to enquire about something.
