Pathetic Service

My online profile was blocked on the 24th July 2024. Iam currently outside the country , i was told(email) that i need certified copy of ID and afvidavid from the SA embassy, of which i book for an appointment, took leave and went there to embassy today. I sent the requested documents to FNB just to get a reply they want certified Passport , but that wasnt not on the email that was sent to me originally. I must get appointment from Embassy and take leave to get certified passport in the meantime , iam unable to do any transation......Pathetic service been with FNB more than 7 years
