Pathetic service

This is not the first time I have had to resort to Hellopeter to get FNB's attention. As a long stand customer of FNB I am disgusted by the fact that I have to phone a number several times (each time just being hung up on) before getting someone on the line. And when someone does answer your request is not fulfilled and emails do not even get answered. If this how you treat your paying customers then I'd hate to know how you treat non-paying customers.
