Pathetic service.

Ons star rating is still one too many. FNB service is pathetic to the extreme. It starts at branch level and escalates to their call centres. You can not teach honesty and ethics, but the amount of blatant lies and hollow promises is really pathetic. Shame on you FNB, shame on you!!
