Pathetic service !

I contacted Mosomane Moloto my 'private banker' on the 1 Nov ,she never responded to date.I then sent a complaint on the 4 Nov to *** ,no feedback received I then sent complaint on live chat with Erens on the 9 Nov and was promised that Mosomane will call me in 48 hours,its 22 days later and no call from her.Is this how u treat your customers?No service at all.The complaints department sent me a ref nr *** and also promised me a call back on the 9 Nov but nothing.Totally shocking!Where's your staff?they defnitely not working!
