Pathetic service!!!

Fnb mobile banking call centre is very unhelpful with ewallet queries, ive been dealing with a query since 18 July and no assistance, the call centre agents dont even have supervisors around and put you on hold for minutes on end!!! still waiting for my refund pathetic service!!!!!!
