Pathetic service
You send an SMS with minimal information, just saying with a smile face that due to non payment my accounts will be removed from debt counseling. I have been holding for the past hour on *** and no answer.
All my accounts are up to date. Where is your letter that you advised my debt counseling company of your intention to terminate my debt counseling?
Why the hell do you not answer your phone's, how ****** high can your call volum s be?
Disgusted!!!!!
