I need an excon letter from the forex department for my home loan application at Nedbank urgently. By the way you denied my home loan application because you couldn't use my income when my salary is paid through you but will get to that when I come close all my accounts. For now could you provide the letter so that the bank which is willing to use my income can process my application. Couldn't get any assistance on the phone, email or branch, as this letter only comes from Johannesburg, well I'm in Cape Town, am I supposed to fly to Johannesburg just to get this letter?????

I have watched as this email has been tossed from person to person without anything being done. What kind of bank are you running there???? A simple letter which any of the multiple people this email has been forwarded to could have done drags on and on. Wonder how many people this response will go through?
