Pathetic Service

I have a credit card and a linked card for my wife, we recently got married however before that I had a card in her name. Now that her card is expiring soon I requested that the new card be in her name(change of surname), however FNB wants me to apply for a new card and charge me R100.

Is this really the expected service I should expect from you as a customer? I have had my account with you for many year, vehicle finance, home loan and this is the kind of treatment I receive.

Still waiting for the so called manager to call me, how useless. Maybe now that ebucks is nerved is really not worth being at FNB anymore.

Reviewer Update
After lodging this complaint, a lady contacted me and I was told that this would be resolved. Its now more than a month and guess what, now the one card is finally expiring and no new card arrived as promised, what can I say, I expected more from FNB, really disappointing, think its time to finally make the move to capitec and save on fees.
