Pathetic Service

I have just ported my MTN number to FNB Connect. Today as i was sending money using the e-wallet service i got an error message saying i have exceeded my limit. I called the FNB connect call center and they tell me that I should go to the ATM to increase my limit. I spoke to a very rude girl by the name of Anthea. I asked to call her supervisor and she put me on hold for almost 15 minutes. In this age and time FNB still send people to the ATM'S , why is this not made simple by being available on line? How often do people get ****** at the ATM's? This is information that is not readily available to customers
